We guarantee that our prices are extremely competitive and should be the best prices you will find online in the UK. Because we are confident about this, we offer a price match against any other company offering the exact same product. If you find the same product elsewhere online, contact us. We will require you to send proof of the price, such as a previous invoice, a receipt, or a website link. We will match the price and in some case offer 5% off the quoted competitor price.
Price Match is subject to the following terms and conditions –
Price Match applies in the following circumstances:
- The product that is being offered by the competitor site is exactly the same as the product being offered by us. This includes the brand, the flavour or scent, and the capacity of the item (e.g. 100g, 100ml etc.), and the bundle (pack of 1, pack of 2 etc.)
- The competitor site must be located in the UK and selling items from the UK
- Price Match is only offered for items sold on an online website. It does not extend to products sold at physical retail locations.
Price Match does not apply in the following circumstances:
- The competitor is a non-UK company
- The competitor items are not in stock
- The price quoted is for a second hand product
- The competitor product is not like for like, for example: it is a different brand to ours, it is a different variety (scent, flavour, weight) or it is counterfeit.
- The competitor product is being offered on an ecommerce platform, such as eBay, Amazon, Etsy, AliExpress, Alibaba.
- The price quoted is from a Clearance site or on goods which are being liquidated by another retailer
Price Match Guarantee cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount or coupon.
